Tim the Alien— a Mystical Blook awarded only to the 1st-place finisher in the Pokemon Are Cool event. Mysticals don't have a drop rate (they aren't in any pack), and obtainable player counts for Tim, Spooky Ghost, and Phantom King sit somewhere between 5 and 50. By any reasonable definition, those three are tied for "rarest." If you restrict to Blooks you can actually chase, the answer is Rainbow Panda or Tropical Globe (Chroma, 0.02%) — and only Rainbow Panda is still in packs.

The 2nd Mystical ever created. Reskin of the UFO Blook with an animated rotating cow caught in the beam. Featured in Fishing Frenzy and Cafe game modes. Sells for 1,000 tokens — more for the trophy than the value.
The first-ever Mystical Blook. Featured in Crypto Hack mode as a password, in Santa's Workshop as part of the 'Use the Force' glitch, and in the Monster Brawl Halloween event. Smiling green floating ghost.
Was a hoax before becoming official. The 3rd Mystical ever made — only ~50 players have it. Crowned king with a robe and floating sword. Featured in Tower Defense and Cafe game modes.
Super-rare animated Blook — a Red Astronaut that cycles through a rainbow gradient. Featured in Cafe mode. Awarded only to the highest-placing clubs, so the obtainable player count is small.
Released December 2023. Hamster wearing Santa Claus garb (with a beard) holding presents. Sells for 1,000 tokens. Featured in Cafe mode. Top-3 contest path is functionally unobtainable for most players.
Green recolor of the Mummy Blook. Sells for 350 tokens. Retired after the contest theme changed to Christmas — fewer than 20 players have it, making it functionally rarer than most Mysticals by player count.
Tied with Rainbow Panda for the rarest pack-Chroma at 0.02% (1 in 5,000). Reskin of the Snow Globe Blook — palm tree on a snowy beach. Featured in Cafe mode. No longer available in packs.
Tied with Tropical Globe at 0.02%. The 10th Chroma ever created. Most-searched chase in the game — and the only one of the three top Chromas still obtainable through normal market packs.
Rarest of the standard Legendaries at 0.2%. Sells for 250 tokens. Featured in Fishing Frenzy and Cafe. The Aquatic Pack costs 25 tokens, so chase math is ~25% more expensive than 20-token packs at the same rate.
0.03% Legendary — tied for the rarest pack-obtainable Blook with the 0.02% Chromas in terms of effective chase length, since the Bot Pack pulls more tier mass into Mega Bot. Crypto Hack mode's icon. Sells like a Chroma at 1,200+ tokens.

Mysticals have no drop rate — they aren't in any pack. So ranking purely by rate would put Mega Bot (0.03%) above every Mystical, which obviously misrepresents which Blooks the community considers rarest. Instead, the order weighs three inputs: obtainable player count, current availability (in-pack vs retired), and chase difficulty for what's still obtainable.
